Sandblasted

A beautiful, peachy cream limestone from the south of Italy. The quarry owned by good friend of ours, is in the Trani area, somewhere very well known for its bulletproof limestones. This material has quartzite veins, black spots with some warmer golden traces that in sandblasted the colour becomes light warm cream and these feature all but disappear. This stone works in honed, sandblasted and also tumbled. A great choice if you want to have something different with a story to go with it.
